I help people become whole.

            about me…

About Brandi

For most of my career, I worked in crisis. I was a federal communications executive at FEMA and DHS, serving over 51 million people across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. I managed high-stakes moments—wildfires, earthquakes, floods, pandemics—where clarity, calm, and strategic thinking weren’t optional.

Crisis taught me something essential: the people who navigate complexity best aren’t the ones with the most tools. They’re the ones who are integrated.

In 2026, I left federal service to focus full-time on Operation Growth LLC, the ecosystem that houses my coaching practice (BRComm), the Operation Growth Institute, and Njila, my cultural heritage preservation work.

I’ve completed 1,900+ hours of coaching with 80+ clients across life, executive, spiritual, and organizational contexts. I’m a certified coach, published author of Operation Growth: An Extraordinary Journey of Maturity, Motherhood, and Black Girl Magic, and former National President of the National Urban League Young Professionals.

My work integrates coaching, NLP, systems thinking, spiritual intelligence, ancestral healing, natural healing principles, and AI-informed insight through the Operation Growth™ Integration Method.

I live outside of Los Angeles, California with my husband. I’m a mother, a genealogist, and someone who believes growth happens when we stop performing and start becoming whole.

The world is waiting for you.

My Approach:

I don’t believe in fixing people.

I believe in integration—the process of coordinating the fragmented parts of who you are into one coherent, grounded person.

Most growth work focuses on adding more: more skills, more strategies, more productivity. My work focuses on alignment: bringing who you are, how you decide, and how you lead into harmony.

That means we work across:

  • Identity & values — Who you actually are beneath the roles
  • Nervous system — How your body holds and releases stress
  • Decision-making — How you choose and commit without second-guessing
  • Spiritual intelligence — Your relationship with meaning, purpose, and the unseen
  • Systems thinking — How you navigate complexity without losing yourself
  • Ancestral patterns — What you’ve inherited and what you’re ready to release
  • Leadership presence — How you show up when the stakes are high

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t consulting. It’s integration work—and it changes everything.
