About the Author

Brandi Richard Thompson is the author of Operation Growth. A former Federal Emergency Management Official with more than 20 years leading crisis response, she transitioned from federal leadership to build Operation Growth LLC, a multi-brand enterprise serving leaders at every stage of their growth journey.

She is the founder of Operation Growth Institute, where she coaches executives through the Integration Gap: the distance between who they are at work and who they are everywhere else. She is also the founder of BRComm (strategic communications and crisis PR), Operation Prepare (family emergency preparedness), and Njila: The Ancestral Pathway (ancestral healing and genealogy).

She is the mother of Brandice, who continues to blossom and grow.
