Book Direct-Sales Refund Policy

When you purchase the Operation Growth book, journal, or affirmation cards directly from brandirichardthompson.com or operationgrowth.com, the following policy applies.

Book + Merchandise (Direct Sales)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on direct-sales physical products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@brandirichardthompson.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, order number, and reason for return.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The book or merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, minus original shipping costs.

Autographed Books

Autographed paperbacks are personalized products. They are non-refundable except in the case of damage during shipping or shipment of the wrong item.

Bundle Products

The Book + Journal + Cards Bundle and Book Club Toolkit follow the standard 30-day return policy. All bundle items must be returned together to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Bulk Orders (10+ Books)

Bulk orders of 10 or more books are subject to a separate agreement and are non-refundable once shipped.

Retailer Purchases — Amazon, IngramSpark, and Other Retailers

Books and Kindle editions purchased through Amazon, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble, or other third-party retailers are governed by the return policy of the retailer where you made the purchase. Operation Growth LLC does not process refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers.
