COACHING SERVICES — THE RESET, WHOLE LIFE COACHING, AND PRIVATE ADVISORY
All coaching engagements require a non-refundable deposit at booking. Once coaching services have been rendered, there are no refunds. We firmly believe in the value and effectiveness of our methodologies, and the results achieved depend on your commitment, openness to coaching, and willingness to engage with the work. For clients who have made a payment in full and are unsatisfied with the coaching sessions, you may request a refund for any sessions that have not been rendered. To request a refund or stop future payments on a payment plan, contact us at hello@brandirichardthompson.com. We will review your request promptly and work with you to find a suitable resolution. For clients on a payment plan: if you decide to discontinue coaching, you may request that we stop collecting future payments. Services already rendered up to the point of cancellation are not eligible for refund.
SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Speaking engagements (keynotes, workshops, half-day and full-day trainings) are governed by the signed engagement agreement between Brandi Richard Thompson and the booking organization. Refund and cancellation terms are as follows: Cancellations made 60+ days before the scheduled event: full refund minus a 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund of total fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: no refund. Travel expenses already incurred (flights, hotel deposits) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, public emergencies, illness with documentation) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with rescheduling preferred over refund.
DIGITAL COURSES AND SELF-PACED PROGRAMS
We offer a 14-day refund period for digital courses, beginning on the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must: Submit your refund request in writing to hello@brandirichardthompson.com within 14 days of purchase. Provide a detailed description of why the program did not work for you. After 14 days from the date of purchase, all course payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the program fees regardless of whether you complete the program. If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 14 days, you agree to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
SUBSTACK SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time. No refund for the current billing cycle. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from being processed. Annual subscriptions: refunds available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds. Cancellation prevents the next year’s renewal but does not refund the current year. Founding Member tier: refunds available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds for the current annual term.
INTEGRATION ASSESSMENT AND FREE RESOURCES
Free resources, including the Integration Assessment, do not require payment and are not refundable.
EMERGENCY / EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
Medical emergencies, family emergencies, or natural disasters will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. We will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate credit.
